AnswerWe offer free shipping to orders above HKD400. A flat rate of HKD50 will be charged for orders below HKD400.

Question I would like to change my order. What should I do?
AnswerOrders that are paid cannot be modified or cancelled, unless there are missing, wrong or defective items after the reception of the products.
Question What if there are missing, wrong or defective items when I receive my order?
AnswerPlease keep the original packaging and receipts, and contact us through WhatsApp (+852 6998 6047) within three days after receiving the products to arrange an exchange. Please note that used and opened items cannot be refunded or exchanged. The online customer service operates 9:30 am – 6:30 from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

AnswerThere is no minimum order value but a flat rate of HKD50 shipping fee will be charged for orders below HKD400.
